I work with C-level executives on a range of issues and initiatives where tactical results are needed.  Examples include acquisitions for growth, enterprise technology initiatives, and "getting to the next level" organizational expansion and performance.  My engagements generally revolve around situations where goals are not being achieved and outside help is needed to drive results.



Medical Banking Initiatives

As the country’s healthcare models continue to evolve, we see a merging of clinical and financial systems. This expands the scope of medical banking into virtually every corner of the healthcare continuum.

My work in the area of medical banking covers:

• Alternative payment models, particularly bundled payment programs
• Enterprise financial systems design and deployment
• EMR system implementations with focus on financial areas
• Emerging technologies addressing financial systems

Healthcare Technology Engineering

The financial pressures of healthcare don’t always allow for experimentation on emerging technologies. Enterprise healthcare organizations need to adapt proven technology solutions to solve new problems rather than be a crucible for R&D.

I’ve designed and implemented successful solutions for healthcare and non-healthcare enterprise organizations.   My experience includes technical, business, operational, and financial aspects of system development and deployment.  Representative projects include:

• Design, development, and deployment of an HIE for e-prescribing
• Planning committees for state and regional HIEs
