Enterprise Healthcare Projects

I have advised and worked with some of the world’s largest organizations including many major healthcare institutions and government agencies in the United States.

University of Michigan Medical Center - In partnership with IBM Global Services, I oversaw the team that developed this hospital’s first web-based electronic medical records system.

US Department of Justice - I was retained to provide expert witness evaluation of healthcare claims data in a case of Medicaid fraud.

Abington–Jefferson - I led this hospital’s design and build of their first bundled payment program for CMS.

CareMark/PCS - I led the design and implementation of the inventory management and replenishment system for a national mail order pharmacy. This included the development of interfaces to external clinical and financial systems as well as sophisticated fulfillment devices.

Department of the Army - In partnership with BearingPoint, I oversaw a worldwide evaluation process for managing active duty soldier PTSD.  The project resulted in the development of the new process model delivered to the Surgeon General of the Department of the Army.
