I have led various alternative healthcare payment projects providing leadership and advisory services:

Local hospital system - Designed program expansion based on analytics and organizational readiness.   Developed post-acute network model and process. 

Large hospital system - Directed and managed the establishment and launch of the hospital’s bundled payment program.  Led convener selection process, CMS application process, data analytics, care redesign and coordination process, and contracting through the pilot phase and into full program implementation.  

Skilled nursing facility - Directed and managed the establishment and launch of this SNF’s bundled payment program.  Led convener selection process, data analytics, and CMS application process.

Regional hospital system -Supported development of workflow and technology changes to support a new bundled payment initiative for this $1B institution.

National strategic advisory firm - Provided strategic consulting services in marketing issues related to bundled payments for this firm's clients.
